Content Leaders
Content Leaders own leading professional development that is specific to planning and executing as it relates to content specific pieces of the classroom at all levels. They will collect, vet, and organize content resources for others in our community. They will help plan and facilitate professional development workshops at F8W Kickoff, Professional Saturdays, and potentially other events as needed. They also partner with Content Directors through TFA-Mississippi to help push their own thinking and development, and attend virtual content workshops an average of once/month to bring back to our Professional Saturdays.

Diversity, Equity, & Inclusiveness Leaders
In order to ensure we’re living up to our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusiveness (DEI), the DEI Leaders will work with staff to think through the work we’ll engage in around these topics throughout the year. While there will be some input and consultation on the front end, it will be mostly around facilitating DEI workshops at Pro Sats.
Transition & Community Leaders
The Transition & Community Leaders (TCLs) serve as a point person in each of our parishes in thinking through ways to create positive culture within our TFA community as a whole and within each individual parish. They will facilitate social events periodically that appeal to a wide variety of interests and build a sense of community within the corps. They are also charged with finding ways to get involved within the broader community, ensuring other CMs and staff know of events happening outside of TFA.
